Mark Martin graduated from PUC/MG Law School, where he specialized in International Law, having acquired his Master’s Degree in International Law from the UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais – Lattes). Also as a Constitutional Law Specialist, Mark has a broad understanding of International Law and its relationship to the Brazilian Constitutional and Civil Legal System, as well as deep practical experience within the Brazilian Courts.
Mark served as the President of the International Law Commission for the Bar Association of Minas Gerais, from 2019 to 2021, leading other attorneys in the International Law Practice. He is also a husband, father, and teacher, with compassion and strong Christian values and the extensive professional experience necessary for success in International Litigation. As an American Citizen living in Brazil, Mark speaks and writes fluent English and Portuguese, linking hundreds of people between the two Legal Cultures.
